Terms of Use



Subject to your agreement to this Terms of Use agreement and its possible following amendments, Alto Social grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable limited license to use the Service for your personal and non-commercial use. The Service and their contents are licensed, not sold. You agree that you have no right or title in or to any content that appears in the Service, including without limitation the virtual items or currency appearing or originating in any of the Alto Social’s games, whether earned in a game or purchased from Alto Social. Third-Party Notices. The Software may include third-party code that Alto Social, not the third party, licenses to you under this agreement. Notices, if any, for the third-party code are included for your information only. Third-party scripts, linked to, called or referenced from the Software, are licensed to you by the third parties that own such code, not by Alto Social.


By using the app, you agree that Alto Social may collect and use technical data and related information including but not limited to technical information about your device, system and application software that is gathered contemporarily to help improve the software and services.

The service is offered subject to acceptance without any modification of any of the terms and conditions contained herein (the “Terms of Use”) and all other operating rules, policies and procedures that may be published from time to time on the Site by Alto Social.

The Service is available only to individuals who are at least 13 years old. We do not knowingly, directly or indirectly, collect or maintain information of children under the age of 13 and do not target the App, the Service, or the Site to children under 13. You are responsible to report your age if you are under 13. We may, in our sole discretion, refuse to offer the Service to any person or entity and change its eligibility criteria at any time. This provision is void where prohibited by law and the right to access the Service is revoked in such jurisdictions.

Termination or Suspension

We reserve the right, without notice and in our sole discretion, to terminate or suspend your right to access or use our Services or to discontinue all or a part of the Services. We are not responsible for any loss or harm related to your inability to access or use our Services.


You may encounter inappropriate content that may be deemed offensive, indecent or objectionable.

You may not post violent, nude, partially nude, discriminatory, unlawful, infringing, hateful, pornographic or sexually suggestive photos or other content via the Service.

You must not defame, stalk, bully, abuse, harass, threaten, impersonate or intimidate people or entities and you must not post private or confidential information via the Service, including, without limitation, your or any other person's credit card information, social security or alternate national identity numbers, non-public phone numbers or non-public email addresses.

You agree to use the Services solely at your own risks and we do not have any liability to you for such content.

You agree not to use the Services in any unauthorized way including but not limited to trespassing or burdening network capacity.

You further agree to use the Services in your sole discretion and take full responsibility in your actions including but not limited to harassing, abusing, stalking, threatening, defaming or infringing or violating the rights of any other party, and that we are not in any way responsible for any such use by you, nor for any such actions that you may encounter as a result of using the Services.

You agree by using the Services that you are responsible for, at your own initiatives, compliance with any applicable laws. We reserve the right to change, suspend, remove, or disable access to the Services at any time without notice.

Violation of these Terms of Use may, in Alto Social's sole discretion, result in termination of your Alto Social account. You understand and agree that Alto Social cannot and will not be responsible for the Content posted on the Service and you use the Service at your own risk. If you violate the letter or spirit of these Terms of Use or otherwise create risk or possible legal exposure for Alto Social, we can stop providing all or part of the Service to you.


In Alto Social’s games you may purchase a license to use virtual goods using “real world” money (“Virtual items”). This lisence to Virtual Items is limited, personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and revocable basis and limited only for non-commercial use.

Alto Social may manage, control, modify or eliminate Virtual Items at any time, with or without notice.

The provision of Virtual Items for use in Alto Social’s games commences immediately upon purchase. All purchases and redemptions of Virtual Items made through the Service are final and non-refundable. Alto Social will not provide a refund for Virtual Items for any reason, and you will not receive any compensation for unused Virtual Items, unless required by mandatory legislation.

The transfer of Virtual Items and Merchandise is prohibited except where expressly authorized in the Service. If you request Alto Social to delete your personal data, you will permanently and without a right to a refund lose all your Virtual Items. After deleting your personal data, Alto Social can’t connect those Virtual Items with you anymore.

Subscription Info

We may offer different subscription plans for purchasing Virtual Items (each, a “Subscription”). The subscription renews automatically unless the auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of your selected subscription. You can manage subscription and turn off auto-renewal purchase by going to your Account Settings. Any unused portion of free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

How to cancel subscriptions on an iPhone?

  1. Start by going to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions.
  2. Find the subscription you want to cancel and tap on it.
  3. Tap Cancel Subscription or Cancel Free Trial at the bottom.
  4. You'll get a pop-up telling you when the subscription will expire if you cancel, and you can tap Confirm to complete the cancellation.

How to cancel the subscription on Google Play?

Subscription on Google Play renew automatically unless you cancel it. If you want to cancel a subscription, please open Google Play Store, tap Menu-Subscription-Tap the subscription you want to cancel-Tap Cancel subscription button. How to restore my purchase?

If you restored from a backup, or you deleted and reinstalled Bible Color app, you are able to restore the items you've previously paid for. Just open Bible Color and click the Settings tab, then click "Restore purchase" to restore your in-app purchase.

Changes to the Terms

Alto Social may make changes to these Terms from time to time. Changes to the fair usage policies and/or Additional Terms will be posted on the applicable Alto Social’s Website. The changes will be effective when published. Please review the Terms on a regular basis. You understand and agree that your express acceptance of the Terms or your use of the Software, Products and/or Alto Social Websites after the date of publication shall constitute your agreement to the updated Terms.


These Terms are personal to you. You can’t assign them, transfer them, or sublicense them unless you get Alto Social’s prior written consent. Alto Social has the right to assign, transfer, or delegate any of its rights and obligations under these Terms without your consent. Alto Social will provide you a notice via email, written notice, or by conspicuously posting the notice on our Site.
